Mother. Fucking. TENEMENT!!! It’s just stupid how good these kids are. And I mean like if you cut them, Rock & Roll comes out! Amos plays like he was born with a guitar in his hands. I think this is the first time seeing them with Jesse on bass. Flinging his golden Finnish locks around the entire time. And Eric makes beating the shit out of those skins look completely effortless. Every time I see Tenement they get better… And FASTER! I’m always afraid that Amos is going to smash that beautiful guitar with his onstage antics too. If you’ve never heard these kids then make it your mission to find some of their records. Which isn’t easy as quickly as they’re sold out after being pressed! And if you find out they’re playing anywhere within 200 miles of you… Quit your fucking job and hop a bus if that’s what it takes to get there! It’s only January and I’ve probably already seen the best show I’m going to all year.
